What Does That Word Mean!?

Sometimes people come across a word in Word P.I. or Wordscram that they're not familiar with.

Don't worry, I'm not making words up! The list of words used by these games are based on a list of 250,000 English words that's available freely on the Internet.

In many cases, if you've never heard of a word, I probably haven't, either! (I just don't have a very good... what's the word?... vocabulary!)

I often check dictionary sites like Dictionary.com, to see if I can find a definition. Or the major web search engines like Google to see if I can find some examples of the use of a word.

I don't usually have time to do this for people who write in, so if you've got a few moments, I recommend checking the 'net yourself. You might be amazed at the things you'll learn.
